All sales are final. Due to the nature of our thrifted inventory and our commitment to sustainability and affordability, we do not offer refunds on any purchase.

However, we do understand that issues may arise from time to time. While we cannot guarantee exchanges, we will do our best to resolve any concerns if your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was described.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns for exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

• The item is unused, in the same condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

• We accept damaged, defective, and replacement product within 7 business days.
• Your damaged/defective/replacement product will be delivered within 7 business days.

To request a return, contact us at support@thesecondbloom.in with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.

Please note:

• Returns are not accepted for sizing issues, personal preferences, or general dissatisfaction. We provide detailed measurements and images to help you make the right decision before purchasing.

• If your return is approved, we’ll issue store credit or send a replacement item (based on availability).

• Once your refund is approved, Your amount will be credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments

• Once your order is confirmed, your product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
